Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Payment Policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
