  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Luxstore is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery

Luxstore does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
